Day 5 - What Do/Did You Love Most About Your Mom/Dad?

Mom

The very capable and loving mother.

She has always been the pillar of me.

She keeps me company all the times.

She supports me all the times, no matter what happened/happening to me.

She cares for me and loves me unconditionally.

What do I love most about Her...

- She is elegant, decent, dedicated, devoted and flexible.
- She is willing to learn, always open to new things, always embrace life with open arms...
- She never gives up.

She is my idol, she is my learning companion.
Very positive Mom and supportive Mom.

Someone I love and I will love eternally, my dear Mom.


Dad:

My pillar, my strength, my power ...

My someone who never gives up on me... who supports me in everything I do.

Who I trust the most, who I love the most.

What do I love most about Him...

- He is responsible.
- He is generous and always put Us first.
- He thinks about us all the time.


I will do better, to make you both proud of me. ^^

1) Washing machine arrived.

Day 4 - What Is Your Favourite Movie? And Why?

It is still Forest Gump.

I like the strength that Forest owned.  His never give up mode. 

Whenever I am running, I will think of him. 

that he will just keep on running and running and running and running. 

and whenever I delved in the FG mode.......

I will get to a point which..... I will burst into tears..

because I thought of the dreams that I supposed to achieve..

people that I love.......

things that I need to do...

but...

I haven't achieved those dreams...

I didn't love them wholeheartedly....

I didn't work hard and do the things that I supposed to do.

When you awaken at that point, everything seems to be clearer.

and... I need to be better, I knew it!


Positive things:
1) completed the submissions - one man show. 我還是做到的。
2) Focus on the right thing. 
3) Cooked at home and had dinner at home. 
4) Keep running.
5) Happy, contended!

Day 3 – What is One Thing That Has Been Frustrating You Lately? How Can You Overcome It?

The Thing.

The One Thing I have always been working so hard on... but then I realized... am I really working so so hard on it .. which I supposed to.

It is really frustrating... really really frustrating.

I really don't feel like looking at him when I talk to him. .
can imagine how bad I feel about it/him.

Whatever had happened. It had.
When there is no trust. Means no.
And it feels really bad, when you need to be a hypocrite.

I really had made the decision.
Whatever whoever going to say anything.
I really does not matter no more, because I had really made the decision.

Decision made, focus, take action, for we shall reign.

3 things:
1) Belief - that we can achieve what we wanted.
2) Commitment - I commit myself that I want to do it so badly.
3) Skills that need to learn.

Everyday, every night, we will work on the skills.

We will.

Positive things:
1) give life to the lizard.
2) cooked and had dinner at home.
3) prepared for lunch box tomorrow.
4) well controlled of emotion.
5) disciplined to go running.

Happy for the oneself. Feeling positive. Thank you.

Day 2 - Who is One Friend you appreciate having? and Why?

She, the Best Friend ever...

I appreciate her for ...

- always stay by my side.
- always stand by me.

We knew each other since Secondary 1.
I always think she is the very smart and intelligent girl.
The always No.1 if not No.2 in class...

WE have been through so many so many ....
The A- level....when we went through the rough time.
I admire her coolness as always.
Her confidence, her ability to stay calm and always live her life that planned.

She cares so much for me...
always wanted me to visit church, to stay close with God.
She always pray that I will meet the one who will be able to guide me and lead me to the right path.

Someone who I can count on,
throughout my University days, even though we are at different countries.
who loves me and cares for me.

I am grateful that we still make time to meet with each other even he has her family now which is her priority.
A friend of life who I will treasure for the rest of my life.

She is the one who dares to question me when she sees things are not right.
The recent strict words that she said to me....
".....that's why you are still single....."

always wanted me to be better.
Sorry to have disappointed you.
Sorry to always make you worry about me.

Pray hard to God.
For our friendship will sail further and better.


Positive things:
1) Read a book.
2) Completed the works on time.
3) Send positive messages.

Day 1 – On a Scale of 1-10, How Happy Are You? And Why?

I am on 6 now.  Slightly more than 5.

Happy because:

1. The oneself.
- I found myself.
- I know what I want in life.
- I am working on what I want.
- Go running everyday (very discipline).
- Eat healthily.
- Meditate daily.
- Listening to motivational video daily.
- Plan for the day everyday.
- Set goals everyday.

Don't lose who you are.
Just be true to who you are.


2. Family
- Planning for family trip.
- Sending morning greetings to family daily.
- Loving them every minute every second.
- Care for them.


3. Relationship.
- Developing the ship.
- Yet, kind of reset the button.
- which I appreciate.
- Someone who I don't wish to lose.
- realize the importance to contribute and put in efforts.
- learning to be more considerate and be not calculative.
- Someone I do appreciate sincerely.


4. Career.
- Made the decision.
- Action plan.
- finally...


5. Friends.
- Maintaining good relationship with PKs.
- Birthday gathering.
- Keeping in touch with some random friends.
- More caring to PK sisters.
- Sending morning messages to PKs.


6. Charitable
- Attending volunteering weekly.
- Consistency.


7. Spiritual/religion.
- .....



Lacking the 4..... because:

1. Still having some doubts at times.
- need to strengthen the faith and self-belief.
- be very confident.
- elegant and intelligent.
- happy and cheerful.


2. Need to be more caring.
- to call them regularly.
- chat with them.
- understand and care for them.

4. Get out of the comfort zone.
- it is a joke.
- how long you going to indulge in fantasy land...?



5. Stretching out the comfort zone.
- Don't keep sharing/complaining.
- Be considerate and understanding.
- caring, caring and caring,
- time, time and time.



6. Be truthful.
- Be consistent.
- Carry the works sincerely.

One positive thing:
- started the 21DPC
- went running though it was late.... and starving.
- completed the works.

We will be there. :)

It is how amazing that ... there seems like a reset button ..
and everything just starting over again..

Thanks God, really. Praise the Lord.. :)

Reset everything, it is like we gone back to 2 months ago...
