Day 3 – What is One Thing That Has Been Frustrating You Lately? How Can You Overcome It?

The Thing.

The One Thing I have always been working so hard on... but then I realized... am I really working so so hard on it .. which I supposed to.

It is really frustrating... really really frustrating.

I really don't feel like looking at him when I talk to him. .
can imagine how bad I feel about it/him.

Whatever had happened. It had.
When there is no trust. Means no.
And it feels really bad, when you need to be a hypocrite.

I really had made the decision.
Whatever whoever going to say anything.
I really does not matter no more, because I had really made the decision.

Decision made, focus, take action, for we shall reign.

3 things:
1) Belief - that we can achieve what we wanted.
2) Commitment - I commit myself that I want to do it so badly.
3) Skills that need to learn.

Everyday, every night, we will work on the skills.

We will.

Positive things:
1) give life to the lizard.
2) cooked and had dinner at home.
3) prepared for lunch box tomorrow.
4) well controlled of emotion.
5) disciplined to go running.

Happy for the oneself. Feeling positive. Thank you.
